Pmise VF-06

High Frequency for Vessel Diseases

Pmise VF-06

  • Painless high frequency can coagulate the hemoglobin by heat and close the amplified capillaries immediately.
  • Treatment Tip diameter is only 0.01mm which will not damage the epidermis. The vascular can be removed once.
  • Two working modes, Pulse and Continuous, guarantee more comfort and obvious results.
  • 0.01mm treatment Tip provides good epidermis protection and immediate telangiectasia sealing.
  • Power board from USA guarantees stable treatment and long lifetime.

Overview

The Pmise VF-06 is a professional high-frequency vascular device built to treat superficial vascular lesions such as facial telangiectasia, spider veins and cherry angiomas. It delivers concentrated high-frequency energy through an ultra-fine treatment tip so a trained operator can seal a targeted capillary point by point, without cutting or needling the skin.

Instead of a laser wavelength, the VF-06 works in the high-frequency (radiofrequency) range. Focused thermal energy coagulates the blood inside a dilated vessel and the vessel wall so the vessel closes, while the very small tip footprint keeps energy away from the surrounding epidermis. It is part of the Pmise High Frequency for Vessel Diseases line and is intended for clinics, medical spas and distributors who serve them.

Because it targets individual vessels rather than treating a broad area, the VF-06 suits practitioners who want precise control over small, visible facial and body vessels. For background on the conditions it addresses, see our guide to facial telangiectasia and spider veins.

How It Works

The VF-06 uses painless high-frequency energy to thermally coagulate the hemoglobin inside an enlarged capillary and the endothelial cells of its wall. Once the target absorbs enough heat, the vessel coagulates and closes immediately, and the treated tissue is gradually sloughed off over the following days as the skin recovers.

The rationale for a high-frequency approach is control of where the heat lands. The energy is concentrated at the fine treatment tip, so thermal effect builds up quickly at the vessel and drops off sharply around it. This mirrors a principle well established in dermatologic thermal therapy: when energy is delivered so that the vascular target heats far faster than the surrounding tissue, the vessel can be coagulated while nearby skin is largely spared (the selective principle described by Anderson and Parrish, 1983, for light-based devices, and applied here with focused high-frequency energy rather than a laser beam). Thermal coagulation of soft tissue is understood to occur once the target is driven above roughly 75 degrees Celsius for a sufficient time.

Two output modes, Continuous and Pulse, let the operator match delivery to the lesion and to patient comfort. The extremely narrow treatment tip is what keeps the working point small and helps protect the epidermis during vessel sealing.

Applications

The VF-06 is designed for superficial, benign vascular and related lesions treated by a trained operator. Typical applications include:

  • Facial telangiectasia and spider veins
  • Small dilated capillaries and blood vessel problems on the face and body
  • Cherry angiomas and similar small vascular lesions
  • Benign proliferations such as milia, small skin tags and fat granules
  • Age spots and sun spots

It suits dermatology clinics, aesthetic practices and medical spas that want a dedicated tool for small, visible vessels. It is professional equipment and should be operated by trained staff after proper assessment of the patient and skin condition. For a focused workflow example, see our single telangiectasis solution.

Key Advantages

  • Precise, point-by-point control. The ultra-fine 0.01mm treatment tip keeps the working area very small, so the operator can seal individual vessels while helping to protect the surrounding epidermis.
  • Two working modes. Continuous and Pulse output let the operator tune delivery to the lesion and to patient comfort.
  • Stable output. A steady high-frequency output supports consistent, repeatable results across a treatment session.
  • Built for reliability. A US-sourced core power board is used to support stable performance and a long service life.
  • Non-invasive workflow. Vessels are sealed thermally through a fine tip, with no cutting, so many small lesions can be addressed efficiently in one visit.

FAQ

What conditions is the Pmise VF-06 suitable for?

It is suitable for superficial, benign vascular lesions such as facial telangiectasia, spider veins, small dilated capillaries and cherry angiomas, and it can also help with age spots, sun spots and small benign growths like milia. It is not a treatment for deep or large varicose veins. A trained operator should assess each patient before treatment.

Is it safe for different skin types?

Because the VF-06 seals a very small target through a fine tip rather than treating a broad area, a trained operator can adjust output mode and settings for the patient in front of them. As with any thermal device, a test point and careful assessment are recommended, and suitability should be judged case by case rather than assumed for every skin type.

How many sessions are usually needed?

Many small vessels can be sealed in a single visit, and treated tissue typically sheds over the following days. The number of sessions still depends on how many lesions are present and how the individual skin responds, so we describe results qualitatively rather than promising a fixed outcome. Follow-up appointments may be planned during recovery.

What training and warranty support is provided?

The VF-06 is professional equipment intended for trained operators. Pmise supports distributors and clinics with operating guidance and after-sales service; specific warranty terms are confirmed at the time of order.
