Pmise VF-05

High Frequency for Vessel Diseases

Pmise VF-05

  • Painless high frequency can coagulate the hemoglobin by heat and close the amplified capillaries immediately.
  • Treatment Tip diameter is only 0.01mm which will not damage the epidermis. The vascular can be removed once.
  • Two working modes, Pulse and Continuous, guarantee more comfort and obvious results.
  • 0.01mm treatment Tip provides good epidermis protection and immediate telangiectasia sealing.
  • Power board from USA guarantees stable treatment and long lifetime.

Overview

Pmise VF-05 is a professional high-frequency vascular device designed for the precise treatment of superficial vascular lesions on the face and body. It belongs to our High Frequency for Vessel Diseases line and is built for clinics, medical spas and distributors that need a focused, reliable tool for small telangiectasia, spider veins and similar surface vessels.

Instead of relying on a broad light beam, VF-05 delivers controlled high-frequency energy through an ultra-fine contact tip. This lets a trained operator work vessel by vessel with a high degree of accuracy, which is why the device suits detailed facial work where surrounding skin needs to be protected. It is professional equipment and should only be used by trained operators following proper assessment and after-care.

For a deeper look at the conditions it addresses, see our guide on facial telangiectasia and spider veins and the related single telangiectasis solution.

How It Works

VF-05 works on the principle of high-frequency thermocoagulation. When the fine treatment tip touches a dilated capillary, high-frequency energy heats the hemoglobin and the endothelial cells inside the vessel. The heat coagulates this target tissue and seals the vessel almost immediately. Over the following days the treated tissue is naturally sloughed off as the skin recovers.

The key to the technology is the concentration of energy at a very small point. Because the treatment tip is extremely fine, energy is focused on the vessel rather than spread across the epidermis, which helps limit surface damage when the device is used correctly. The system offers two output modes, continuous and pulse, so the operator can match delivery to the size and depth of the vessel and to patient comfort.

High-frequency thermocoagulation is a long-established approach for closing small surface vessels. As with all medical electrical equipment, VF-05 is designed to be operated within recognised safety frameworks for basic safety and essential performance (see IEC 60601-1) and manufactured under a quality management system aligned with ISO 13485. Results depend on skin type, lesion size and operator technique.

Applications

VF-05 is intended for professional treatment of small, superficial vascular and related surface lesions. It is well suited to detailed facial work and to practitioners who want vessel-by-vessel control.

  • Superficial vascular lesions such as facial telangiectasia and small spider veins
  • Cherry angiomas and other small surface vascular spots (see our hemangioma solution)
  • Benign surface proliferations such as milia, small skin tags and flat warts
  • Surface pigmented spots including age spots and sun spots

It is designed for clinics, dermatology and aesthetic practices, and medical spas with trained operators. Suitability should always be confirmed by a qualified professional after assessing the individual and their skin.

Key Advantages

  • Ultra-fine contact tip for accurate, vessel-by-vessel work and good protection of surrounding skin
  • Two output modes, continuous and pulse, so treatment can be matched to vessel size and patient comfort
  • Immediate visible sealing of small vessels during treatment, supporting predictable workflow
  • Touchscreen control with adjustable output for consistent, repeatable settings across sessions
  • Quality power electronics for stable output and a long service life, reducing downtime in a busy clinic
  • Compact benchtop design that fits easily into an existing treatment room

These strengths make VF-05 a practical daily workhorse for practices that handle a steady flow of small vascular and surface-lesion cases.

FAQ

What conditions is Pmise VF-05 best suited to?

It is designed for small, superficial vascular lesions such as facial telangiectasia, spider veins and cherry angiomas, plus some benign surface proliferations and pigmented spots. It is most effective on fine, near-surface vessels where the ultra-fine tip can target each vessel precisely. A qualified operator should confirm suitability for each client before any treatment.

Is it safe for different skin types?

Because energy is delivered through a fine contact tip rather than a broad light beam, the approach can be adapted across a range of skin types. That said, settings, technique and expected recovery vary by individual. A trained operator should assess skin type, perform a patch or test area where appropriate and follow proper after-care to reduce the risk of temporary redness or swelling.

How many sessions are needed?

Many small vessels respond after a single, careful treatment, with the treated tissue clearing over the following days. Larger or more numerous lesions may need repeat sessions spaced apart to allow full skin recovery. The exact number depends on lesion size, area and skin response, so a treatment plan should be set by the practitioner.

What training and support come with the device?

VF-05 is professional equipment intended for trained operators. We provide operating guidance, usage documentation and distributor support, and recommend that every user completes proper training before clinical use. Warranty and spare-parts support are arranged through your Pmise sales contact; please ask for current terms for your market.
