Clinical feature

1. Mainly in the yellow children, less in white people;
2. Gray blue，green，blue，brown;
3. Born with it, within several years will spontaneous regression and without a trace;
4. Mainly in the lumbosacral or buttocks;
5. Without symptom and not elevate or depress in the skin;
6. No relation with the season and sunshine.

Histopathology

Melanocyte that has not migrated completely from the dermis to the epidermis stays in the dermis and delayed disappears during the embryonic stage.

Method of treatment

Because Mongolian Spot is a dermal melanocytic lesion, so Q-Switched ND:YAG laser is the first choice，but it can delay disappearances, no need treat.
