Pmise VF-04

  • The most majority of phototherapy treatments produce a certain amount of smoke, which contains poisonous substances.
  • The poisonous substances will stimulate the respiratory tract of doctors and patients, also it will form the infection source.
  • These particles are too tiny to be removed by ordinary ways,VF-04 can instantly take the particles awaythus effectively avoid the harm on doctors and patients.
  • Through clinical observation, any similar particles are hardly found in the respiratory tract of doctors and patients with the Partner 01.

Overview

VF-04 is a high-frequency vascular device from Pmise, built for the precise clearance of small, dilated surface vessels such as facial telangiectasia, fine spider veins and cherry angiomas. It belongs to our High Frequency for Vessel Diseases line and is intended for trained operators in clinics and medical-aesthetic practices.

Rather than relying on light absorbed across a broad area, the device delivers controlled high-frequency energy through a very fine treatment tip placed at the target vessel. This lets an operator work point by point on individual capillaries while keeping surrounding skin largely undisturbed, which suits the shallow, papillary-layer vessels that make up most cosmetic vascular complaints.

VF-04 is professional equipment, not a home-use tool. It should be operated by qualified practitioners who can assess skin type, select appropriate energy levels and manage aftercare. For background on the conditions it addresses, see our guide to facial telangiectasia and spider veins.

How It Works

VF-04 works by high-frequency electrocoagulation. When the fine treatment tip contacts a dilated capillary, high-frequency current heats the vessel from the inside, coagulating the haemoglobin and the endothelial cells of the vessel wall so the capillary is sealed and collapses.

The treatment tip is extremely fine, which concentrates the effect at the vessel and helps limit heating of the surrounding epidermis. Because most cosmetic vessels sit in the shallow papillary layer close to the skin surface, this targeted coagulation is usually enough to clear a vessel in a single pass. Treated vessels typically darken at once and then slough over the following days as the skin recovers.

The device offers continuous and pulsed output with adjustable energy levels, so the operator can match the setting to the size and depth of each vessel. High-frequency electrosurgical devices of this class operate in the radio-frequency ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) band. High-frequency surgical energy is a long-established clinical principle and is governed by dedicated safety standards for high-frequency surgical equipment, which is why correct technique and conservative energy settings matter for both safety and results.

Applications

VF-04 is used by clinicians for a range of small, superficial vascular and benign surface lesions. Typical applications include:

  • Facial telangiectasia and fine spider veins
  • Cherry angiomas and other small vascular spots on the face and body
  • Diffuse redness linked to visible surface capillaries, as seen in some rosacea-type presentations
  • Benign surface bumps such as milia, skin tags and small raised nevi
  • Pigmented surface marks such as age spots and sun spots

It suits clinics, medi-spas and distributors serving practitioners who treat vascular and minor benign lesions and want a compact, point-by-point tool alongside their light-based systems. It performs most predictably on lighter to medium skin, often Fitzpatrick types I to III, where surface vessels are easy to target; darker skin and deeper or larger vascular malformations call for specialist assessment. For a closer look at one core indication, see our single telangiectasis solution.

Key Advantages

  • Point-by-point precision: the fine tip treats one vessel at a time, ideal for scattered or isolated capillaries that are hard to cover with a broad light spot.
  • Epidermis-sparing action: energy is concentrated at the vessel, which helps protect surrounding skin when settings and technique are correct.
  • Efficient sessions: many small vessels can be sealed in a single pass, with visible change during treatment.
  • Simple workflow: touchscreen control, adjustable energy and continuous or pulsed modes let operators fine-tune each case.
  • Compact and mobile: a small footprint suits busy treatment rooms and multi-room clinics.
  • Versatile: one device covers vascular spots plus common benign and pigmented surface lesions.

FAQ

What conditions is VF-04 designed to treat?

It is designed for small, superficial vascular and benign surface lesions: facial telangiectasia, fine spider veins, cherry angiomas and similar vascular spots, along with benign bumps such as milia and skin tags and surface pigment such as age spots and sun spots. It is not intended for large or deep vascular malformations, which need specialist evaluation and usually different technology.

Which skin types can be treated?

VF-04 is generally most predictable on lighter to medium skin, often Fitzpatrick types I to III, where surface vessels are easy to see and target. Darker skin can be treated by experienced operators using conservative settings and test spots, because of a higher risk of temporary pigment change. A trained clinician should always assess skin type before any treatment.

How many sessions are needed, and is there downtime?

Many small vessels respond in a single pass, and treated vessels often darken immediately before sloughing over the next several days. Larger or clustered areas may need repeat visits spaced several weeks apart. Expect mild redness or slight swelling afterwards. Operators should advise sun avoidance and suitable aftercare, and follow the manual for spacing between treatments.

Do operators need training, and what support is provided?

Yes. VF-04 is professional equipment and should only be used by trained practitioners who understand vascular lesions, skin typing and energy settings. Correct tip technique and a conservative starting energy are important for safety and results. Pmise supplies the operating manual and can arrange onboarding guidance; buyers should confirm warranty terms and available training when they contact our team.
