Pmise MF-01

  • Cost effective.
  • Pmise MF-01's patented ceramic laser diffuser is able to treat endogenous and exogenous pigments.
  • Big spot size handpiece(15mmX60mm) increases the efficiency in the hair removal treatment.
  • Four handpieces(one handpiece is optional) can do all kinds of treatments, like pigments removal, IPL treatment and RF treatment.

Overview

Pmise MF-01 is a multifunction beauty machine that brings Q-switched Nd:YAG laser, radio frequency (RF) and E-light (IPL) technology together in a single platform, so a clinic can handle pigment removal, hair reduction, skin rejuvenation and vascular concerns from one system. It is professional equipment operated by trained staff, and it suits clinics and distributors that want broad treatment coverage without buying several separate devices.

The system ships with four handpieces (one handpiece is optional), each tuned to a different job. A patented ceramic laser diffuser drives the Q-switched channel for both endogenous and exogenous pigment, while dedicated E-light and RF handpieces cover light-based and thermal treatments. The larger spot-size handpiece is aimed at faster coverage during hair removal sessions.

If you are comparing platforms across our range, see the full Multifunction line and our multifunction beauty equipment buying guide for how these systems fit different clinic workflows.

How It Works

The MF-01 works through several well-understood light and energy mechanisms rather than one single effect. The E-light channel pairs Intense Pulsed Light with radio frequency. The pulsed light is absorbed by target chromophores in the skin, mainly melanin in pigment and hair and haemoglobin in small vessels, and that light converts to heat that damages the target while the surrounding tissue is spared. This selective heating is the basis of selective photothermolysis first described by Anderson and Parrish in 1983.

Adding RF to the light pulse lets the device deliver controlled heat into the deeper dermis. That thermal effect helps stimulate the skin's natural repair response and supports collagen activity, which is why E-light and RF are used for skin tightening and texture work. Because RF heating depends less on skin colour than light alone, combining the two can help the operator reach targets at more moderate optical energy.

The Q-switched Nd:YAG laser channel uses very short, high-peak pulses to break down pigment particles through a photoacoustic effect, so the fragments can be cleared by the body over time. Its ceramic laser diffuser is designed to treat both pigment produced inside the skin and pigment introduced from outside, such as tattoo ink. Contact cooling on the E-light handpieces helps protect the skin surface and improve comfort during treatment. Exchangeable filters let the operator match the output to hair removal, vascular lesions or skin rejuvenation.

Applications

The MF-01 is built for professional clinics that want one platform to cover a wide range of common aesthetic requests. Suitable applications include:

  • Wrinkle reduction and skin rejuvenation
  • Hair removal on the face and body
  • Pigment and freckle improvement, including endogenous and exogenous pigment
  • Vascular lesions such as small spider veins and broken capillaries
  • Acne-prone skin support
  • Overall skin texture and tone refinement

It suits medical spas, dermatology and aesthetic clinics, and distributors serving those markets. Suitability depends on skin type and the individual case, so a trained operator should assess each client, review contraindications and, where appropriate, carry out a patch test before a full session. For a deeper look at light-based options, see our guide to IPL and E-light treatments.

Key Advantages

  • Broad coverage in one system: Q-switched laser, RF and E-light handpieces address pigment, hair, vessels and skin quality without separate machines.
  • Patented ceramic laser diffuser: designed to treat both endogenous and exogenous pigment.
  • Efficient hair removal: the larger spot-size handpiece covers more area per pass to speed up hair reduction work.
  • Skin protection and comfort: contact cooling on the E-light handpieces and exchangeable filters help the operator keep treatment targeted and comfortable.
  • Flexible workflow: multiple handpieces (one optional) let a clinic switch between treatment types during the day.
  • Cost effective: one platform reduces the capital and floor space needed compared with buying several single-purpose devices.

FAQ

What concerns can the Pmise MF-01 treat?

It is designed for pigment and freckle improvement, hair removal, skin rejuvenation and wrinkle reduction, vascular lesions such as small broken capillaries, and acne-prone skin support. Because it combines Q-switched laser, RF and E-light channels, one platform covers several common clinic requests. A trained operator should confirm suitability case by case, since results vary with skin type and the specific condition.

Is it suitable for all skin types?

Light-based treatments behave differently across skin tones, and darker skin usually calls for more conservative settings and careful assessment. The device offers RF and exchangeable filters that give the operator room to adjust for different cases, but suitability is never guaranteed for every skin type. A qualified operator should review the client's history, check contraindications and perform a patch test before treatment.

How many sessions are needed?

This depends on the concern, the client's skin and hair, and how they respond. Hair removal in particular is spread over several sessions because light mainly affects hair in its active growth phase, so repeat visits over time give the best result. Pigment and skin rejuvenation programs are also usually planned as a course. Your operator will set a realistic schedule after assessing the individual.

What training and support come with the machine?

The MF-01 is professional equipment intended for trained operators, so proper operator training on settings, cooling and safety is important before clinical use. Pmise provides operating documentation and can advise on handpiece and filter configuration. For warranty terms, spare parts and training details for your region, please contact our team directly.
